Reception staff were rude and would only help when pushed. We have not experienced such poor service anywhere in our extensive travels of Europe including other hotels in Poland. There was no room service despite the fact that it was listed in the information. A poor reflection of Poland.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the room ? better than in many more expensive hotels. The wireless internet was fast and efficient and not expensive - 19zl for 2 hours that could be used up over a month or two and could be used in all Accor Hotels and at the airport at Warsaw!
I only ate breakfast and it was at a normal level for such a hotel. The service was good though, and check out was reasonably fast ? often a problem in Polish hotels!
